Here is the next in the series of scans I am posting from the Morrison Home Brochure featuring the Pleasanton Valley and Walnut Grove series of homes that were built and sold here in Pleasanton in 1966. We purchased a home of this model, The Country Home, a few months ago, and were given this brochure by the daughter of the previous owner, who bought the house new in 1966. This page is well worn, and in the worst condition of all in the brochure.

Thanks for posting this! This is a popular model. I didn’t know it came in three and four bedroom options. Who could resist “adult luxury” of two closets?

Thanks for posting the original brochures. We live in a 3 bedroom country house and I was curious about the other models in our neighborhood.
