		<description>Well, yes,  the people who provide !JoomlaComment as a non-commercial (free) Joomla extension won&#039;t come after you for your first-born child if you remove their credit. If you want to do that,  knock yourself out. I just don&#039;t want to be the one who publishes the easy how-to. I appreciate the free software and don&#039;t make a habit of kicking the small guy just because I can.</description>

		<description>I do know how to remove the &quot;powered by&quot; link. I don&#039;t know if the terms of use cover removing or not removing that bit of code though. It&#039;s not encrypted and pretty easy to find, so if you want to, it&#039;s not hard to do. I&#039;m just not comfortable posting that kind of hack here.</description>
